The Spanish Club welcomes anyone interested in learning more about Spanish and Latin American culture. The club has informal meetings once or twice every month. Meetings offer a comfortable place to practice Spanish skills and increase cultural awareness. The club also hosts parties two or three times during the school year including a Posada before the winter break and a Cinco de Mayo celebration at the end of the year. The Chichén Itzá Chapter of the Spanish National Honor Society is a benefit for Spanish students and club members.
