Self Description: My name is Jeff Howard. I am a 16 year old Junior at Sprague High School. I run cross country and track, and I am extremely fast on my feet. I plan to attend a community college when I graduate, and I have yet to figure out what my mojor will be. Some day I hope to race in NASCAR.
