In order to support a school environment that enables all students to learn, Sprague utilizes Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) as a system for student management. PBIS involves consistent behavior expectations and response to behaviors school wide. The behaviors matrix articulates the specific student behaviors to meet school wide values across various school settings to establish clear universal expectations. In addition to the matrix, we have created a behavior management flow chart. This is to ensure that all members of the Sprague community follow the appropriate process for Tier 1 and Tier 2 student behaviors.
