Hello Sprague volunteers,

Currently, district protocol limits the access for volunteers in district facilities through the end of December. During this time, an exception has been made for athletic volunteers to be able to adequately support athletics, which includes volunteer coaches, referees, game support personnel, etc.

As part of this exception, volunteers who are approved by school/district personnel (must be fully vaccinated by Oct. 18 as defined in OAR 333-019-103 which is 14 days AFTER their last dose depending on vaccine manufacturer.)

Vaccination exceptions will not be accepted for volunteers.

Approved volunteers must present proof of vaccination to school administration and must adhere to the following protocols while in SKPS facilities:

  • Correctly wear a face covering
  • Maintain physical distancing as much as possible
  • Utilize the check-in/check-out system
  • Practice safe hand-washing/sanitizing as needed

If you have any questions about the upcoming requirement, please contact vaccinationquestions@salkeiz.k12.or.us.
