This is important information for you about our upcoming “Pick up and Drop off Day” at Sprague High School on May 13th. This day will be used to reunify you with your personal belongings, and allow you to drop off school property including, athletic uniforms, musical instruments and outfits, textbooks, library books, and anything else that belongs to the school. Additionally, you will also be able to pick up your cap and gown, along with a Sprague graduate yard sign and t-shirt prepared just for you.
Students will not be able to enter the school and will be asked to stay in cars and drive through campus from the main entrance, following a path that will lead towards the back gate, similar to the Chromebook pick-up process. Stations will be set up along the main sidewalk surrounding the school. A map of the campus has information that you will be able to follow.
To help ensure that this process runs smoothly, students have been assigned specific times to report on May 13th (see below.) Assignments are based on student last names. Seniors and early grads who are scheduled to take an AP exam on May 13th during their scheduled pick up time can come at the end of the day. For everyone else, please come at your assigned time. We are excited to see you, and many of our staff will be there to greet and help you drop off items and reunify you with your belongings.
Please Note: Once we’ve catalogued everything that is turned in, any items that are not returned will be included as fines added to individual student accounts, and will need to be paid prior to distribution of individual school diplomas. Fines can be paid through the Salem-Keizer Online Payment Portal.
