Salem-Keizer High School Sports Booster Club.

The Salem-Keizer High School Sports Booster Club honors those in our community who have shown “excellence and leadership through athletics” by recognizing them as a "Beacon". On February 1st, 2020 we will honor six school “Beacons” - representing each Salem-Keizer high school - and two community “Beacons”. The ceremony will be held at the Convention Center in Salem.

The mission of the Salem-Keizer High School Sports Booster Club is to ensure all students at all Salem-Keizer high schools have opportunities to participate in athletics. Participation fees in Salem-Keizer are $175 per sport. Many athletes and families do not have these resources. Our goal is to make sure that no student is denied participation in athletics due to cost. "The Beacons" event will help us raise the money to allow kids to come in contact with the very people being honored at the ceremony.
